Team Member Engagement

Engaging our team members and getting their input is crucial to our success. All of the FedEx operating companies reported survey participation in FY11. The most recently completed surveys had participation rates of 89 percent.The results of feedback sessions result in new ideas and input on work processes, as well as solutions to workplace issues.

Supplier Diversity Spending

Since its inception in 1992, the FedEx Supplier Diversity program has provided avenues for suppliers to access the FedEx supply chain. We are committed to helping suppliers compete for FedEx business fairly and regularly. We contract directly with minority-owned, women-owned, and small businesses that are competitive in quality, service, and cost.
